This premium quality resin-reinforced concrete is designed to restore old or new concrete, be it mildewed, painted or even to go over Kool-Deck and Aggragate Chattahoochee. The purpose of adding resins to cement and aggragate is to greatly increase the performance characteristics and versatility of conventional cement and concrete products. Resin-reinforced decorative overlays were introduced over 20 years ago, intended for use as a thin surface restoration material for concrete substrates. With years of successful and permanent applications, resin-reinforced cement overlays were introduced into the architectural concrete and commercial flooring industries in the early 1980s. Since then, their uses have become an industry norm and to this day they are used for exterior and interior applications.
