Premier Rollout Awnings of the Treasure Cost. We spoke with Mike Green, the owner/operator of Premier. They are designed to protect decks and patios. The awnings can be extended and retracted by a manual handle and/or electric motor. The awnings themselves are surprising robust and heavy duty. The main feature of the awnings is the wind sensor. This automatic wind sensor actually retracts the awning automatically when it senses heavy wind speeds.
